Where to after MYP?

After completing the MYP programme at AIS, students have several options for their post-16 education. Most students continue on to the IB Diploma Programme at one of these following gymnasiums:

Other gymnasiums across Denmark also offer the IB Diploma programme. The IB Diploma is a natural progression from the MYP programme, offering a choice of six academic subjects to a high level, an extended essay building on work done in the Personal Project, a Theory of Knowledge course and the Community, Action, Service component (CAS).

Students can also choose to attend a local Danish gymnasium programme (STX). Students may have to attend an interview and short test to gain admittance.
